Hi, I have made two online transactions with the Seventy MM company called as Cool Stuff Retail Pvt. Ltd., on 30 September via my credit card. The two transaction were made for amount Rs. 1013 and Rs. 1923 respectively. After three days when I called up there call center they informed me that the products are out of stock and they are going to refund both my transactions in maximum 15 working days. I waited for that perios but there was no refund proceessed. After that I made several calls in past 2 months for my refund the company employees were avoiding my calls and promisisng me every time that my refund will be processed. But there was no sign of refund in past 2 months after several calls. Finally when i suspected that there is some kind of cheating happening then i told them that I need to cmplian if they are not refuding my amount considering so much of my money spent (Around Rs. 400-Rs. on calling them from past two months. Finally they told me that my whole amount will be refunded. I have received the refund today but as per they have deducted the amount for none of my fault and refunded my amonut as Rs. 988 and Rs. 1898 instead of Rs. 1013 and Rs. 1923.I need to file a strong complian against this company that they cheat their customers
