Corporation Bank Internet banking
Confusion to enter that internet banking site

Dear Sir,

I have an account in Corporation Bank - Tirupur Branch.

I submitted a form for opening internet banking and finally i got it.

But I received a envelope contained a couple of paswords... named Login password & Auth password...

i already entered my used id in user id column and in password column i entered the login password.

But nothing happened.

another time i entered my user id and entered the auth password in password column..Its also nothing happened...

My 2 attempts are failure.

Now i got a confusion that how can i get my user id or how can i open the account with this passwords...

Pls help me on this...
