I had a card with Braclays bank and settled it on 2011 Feb by paying the settlement amount which is agreed by both (bank and me) through a agency in Chennai. I honored all my payments as per the schedule. Now after one year I am again getting a call from another agency of bank saying that i need to pay the amount in rude manner. I told then i have paid the amount and forward the receipt, in turn the agency was very arrogant as the payment was to reflecting in the bank. The reason given to me is very funny, it was that Barclays card is been taken by Kotak bank and all the cheque which i gave was address to barclays bank.
So request you to pls check and reslove the issue
