I opted for BSNL data one internet connection amongst other service providers.Though courtsey of BSNL, I opted for monthly hire charges for Type 2 DSLat Rs90/p.m, BSNL had booked for outright purchase of this and billed to me. I had registered a complaint with 56 exchange immediately but till date no response which is usual for BSNL officials.
Notwithstanding to above, I am not getting connected with Internet for last 10 days and I am getting Fault Report 815 with "Invalid value for Service Value Field for the connection..."Inquire about the correct value for the field and update in the connection properties.
BSNL advised me for trying with new Password and Service User ID(which they informed me bu mail) and tried, It worked after several attempts but failed again. The Error report is again 815.
Kindly do the needful immediately.
