I had opened following Demat Account in Sept in SBI, SVNIT Campus, Ichchanath, Surat-395007 and got it connected for all dividend payments as well as demat charges deduction with my SBI S/B Account in this very above mentioned Branch

KINDLY CLOSE MY DEMAT A/C FOR EVER AND REFUND THE ABOVE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
