1.I Sachin Deokar, had applied for home loan in August paid 3315 as processing fees for quick loan disbursement as promised by Sales manager then it was turned down because on legal aspects. Actually it was sanctioned property then that person asked me to reuse that approved loan for other property.
2. After 5 months in January I got a new property approved by PMC, I approached the same person asking him to use the processing fees which I had paid earlier he committed me & the same promises had been given. I got a message of loan sanctioned on 22nd February & the Sales Officer took long days to tell me that your loan has been rejected because of the construction area which is 1500 sq feet stating rule that we don't grant loan for such properties. If it was the case they should have conveyed me the rule earlier before applying for loan, I would have searched for the other option In this hectic process I wasted 2 precious months with no use. I have paid in all 6630 Rs just for processing, & it is not refundable.
Therefore I request everyone in need of loan don't go for DHFL loan, they are the worst they will merely collect your money as processing & will waste your time.
