Balance Deduction Everyday

Well!!!

My phone was never not reachable and anyhow if you re saying so than i get all the information of missed calls on my number via message and i didnt recieve any of the message..

And i havent requested for any service then why do u send them, and why do you deduct my balance daily, is it just to fool customers any loot their money. The subscription which are in favour of customer gets activated by a message which is send by the customer, then how can one subscribe a customer of a pack which costs him everyday, this policy of cheating the customer prevails in every service provider. And when i asked customer care to Deactivate the Service which i havent requested they said we cant do it.. Its not in our hand " kya hum aapki koyi aur sahayta kar sakte hai"..

And yesterday also i got a message from TATA DOCOMO DIVE IN .. What the Heck is this
