My Cheque bounce - I need a responce from Fullerton

Dear Sir,

Last month (Feb) I have paid RS.1, 20, 547.00 & I close my fullerton personal loan.

This month (Mar) fullerton has tried to take EMI amount in my HDFC account (After closing personal loan) & Cheque has been bounced. RS.350 has been charged by HDFC for cheque bounce.

I have informed to 'Area collection manager' Mr. Amarnath ([email protected]) & also i sent a mail. He accepted & forwarded my mail to Mr. Purushotaman ([email protected]) for refund process.

Still I didn't receive any refund & I didn't get any response. Please let me know when it will be happen?
