Misguiding Candidates and poor service

Once you have registered with GCvisas (Global Connexions) you are forgotten, before you register they promise you all possible services (facilitating candidates visa process, having a dedicated representative in the process, and they claim they are subject matter expert in their field) but all this is false. They really dont care about the candidate, they just take your money and when u send the documents to them they just post it to the dedicated immigration offfice (all they do is post office service). They are so rude. they have no courtesy to get in touch with the client or follow up with the immigration department about any updates or supporting documents that they me need for the candidate. I received the mail from the immigration a month late requesting for supporting documents, and the worst thing is that once i receive a mail then we need to update the consultant (gcvisas) otherwise they are neither bothered about nothing.

I strongly suggest any candidates to please choose a more professional consulting firm.
