I regret to issue this notice as regards to illegal immposition of late payment charges on my credit card of ge money, my due date is 03.06.2010 and ihve droped the che on dt.30/05 at your authorised drop books, you have illegaly not issued me the credit card after the expiry of it date and even you have charges me the annual fee charges and when i call to your customer care then you to overcome you illegal tactise malafidly revised the same. You have closed the card without any prior information to the coutromer, it is not against the contract between usyou have breach the contract illegaly without any written or oral information and now to harras the coustomer you are delibratly crediting the cheques even you received it earlier only to immpose the illegal late payment charges, your supra tactise is not good for any banking company and aganist the banking regulation act and RBI guidlines, if you not going to reverised the late payments fee even if after this notice i will contrain to fill ciminal as well as consumer protection petition before appropriate autority at your cost and concequancy. I would like to further submit that even though may card is expired and you have not issed the new card, your statements showing the credit limit, if any one illegally used this limit you are soley responssible for that. one more thisng your coustmer care have number of time confirmed throug telephonically that we have allready dropped the cheque and number of time we suo motto informed you as regards to details of droped cheque but you with malafide intention only to harrs send the received chequed after the due date only to coolect the late payment fee from coutomer is amounted to oofice of cheating. It is therefore requedted that do not precipated the matter and reversed the alleged late payment charges at my card to avoid litigation.
Take the notice and comply accordingly.
