Job Offer Denied
Hi,
This is to inform you that i was working with Steria India Pvt Ltd and i went for Genpact interview on 10th july and i was given a letter of intent to join on 13th july whereas during my 3rd Interview round Suruchi Arora Genpact Hr told me to resign from my present job and i did told her that yes i would be able to resign but my Steria People wont give me resignation acceptance neither relieving letter as their notice period is for 2months and Suruchi and my consultant which was Kaizen Konsultancy located in Malviya Nagar told me that no problem it would be fine all they want is to me to give resign thats it and when i resigned from Steria and as mentioned above i did not got any resignation acceptance neither relieving letter so these Genpact Hr told me that i cannot join now. I Am left nowhere now i am jobless. These genpact Hr fools people. I resigned on the verbal wording of suruchi and my consultant and when i resigned these people said i cannot join now till the time i will not get resignation acceptance what sought of fooling is this.
