My loan A/C No; Loan Account No.23-G09896 Insurance Certificate (Kotak Mahindra Bank) No. GICHF1114 dt 17.9.2008 Customer ID No.31335
I close my account 2nd July.
Till today I have not received any policy Which co insured this loan.
Filed requites letter for refund letter
