Lalit here, I was concerned seeing the consumer complains about Graphtech Bpo though they stood against it each time & came out clean..hence we decided to move ahead & work with them. In that I started off with their PDF to DOC process with just 500 pages where I paid upfront of rs 2, 000 as a consumer & surprisingly I found that they stood by me through out the TAT. They worked on my doubt files each time I had doubts & also inquired with a few consumers of theirs they all were getting paid. I got paid too. Then I acquired Voice process from them. My documentations were not in place so the procedure is taking time but they are very cooperative & good people. In fact the person who had written the consumer complain Shabrez now is asking for processes from them as it was there already terminated employee who had cheated them & not Graphtech BPO.
I came to know about a vendor Atif Khan, who was paid back as promised by Graphtech Bpo where the client had to put off the process requirement. He is also consulting with them.
I am writing this for I want centers to know that good consultants exists even though they take up fronts and centers should get in touch with them. Sonam is very cooperative and puts everything in writing with proper documentations for future reference. Guys you should work with them and get to know the right consultants.
