False DCD Transaction

Hi This is Ambica Jetty,

On 18th There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.

Rs. 554 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 20th morning when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use HDFC Bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Thank god i had only Rs. 554 in my account. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered.

Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP.
