I am ch.surendra having salary account and a/c no-03171610058049 and on 17th may in my account the Rs-110.30 has been deducted regarding this ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 250411 and i took the statement for opening demat account when i am taking this statement i have asked them is it free or charged, then they told it is free for demat account opening proof and my account is salary account so 1 stmt is free for me for month but u can take under this also but i have charged for this so i need the refund regarding this and need the reply aasap and i have called to customer care several times regarding this but i was unable to connect and so pls rep me or call me
