Subject Money not transferred
We have a computer shop in Pune, and we have a HDFC swap machine, On 7th January a customer purchased computer material from us worth Rs. 10, 000 and made a payment of Rs. 10, 000/- via HDFC swap machine. But we did not got the money in our HDFC bank account. In the records of customer, it’s showing that money is transferred
Even payment slip is not generated from the HDFC swap machine. Amount of Rs. 10, 000 is debited from customer’s account but no credit in our account.
We went to HDFC bank several times regarding this but no luck.
If you can't then please pass it to the concern person who is best to resolve this issue such as your process manager etc.
