My name is Saurav Kumar. I m holding hdfc gold credit card (4346781011302676) from last 3 months. In May I had my sister's marriage, due to which i used my whole credit. From last few days I am getting collection calls on my mobile. I can understand if I am not paying bill on times, I will certainly get these types of call. I make them aware about my concern. What they did they started calling my mom and dad number, which I think is wrong. They call them, harass them and used abusive language. I think if card is on my name, then I am only one who is liable to pay the bill, You guys cant go and harass my parents.
My concern is that if I have credit card wid your bank n I have sum emergency then certainly I will use your card. N if its a paying account, how come you guyscan call my parents and harass them. These guys are calling from 011-66219091, 011-66255294 and so on numbers..N if its wid debt collection company then the employee over dere know how to talk to consumer.they should try to understand customer situation.
