Account opening delay

Hello Sir/Madam

I have applied for an NRI savings account with HDFC bank over 2 months ago. After sending my account opening form to bank i header back from the bank after 3 weeks (account is suppose to open within 3 weeks) and at that time they wanted some more information from me and i replied back to their email immediately. Since then no body is contacted me and nor my account is opened. I kept calling them 2 weeks ago (almost every day) and there is no positive response from them. I really spent lot of energy and time talking to them for opening an account with HDFC bank. Its really frustrating that they are so irresponsible and careless towards their customer.
