I had foreclosed my HDFC personal loan, but still I have not got any confirmation/NOC from HDFC. Even after many followups, not an single reply from them. But I had received many warnings when I missed an EMI, like "CIBIL, The matter may kindly be treated as extremely urgent! The last day for payment is 16TH February TO AVOID FURTHER LEGAL ISSUES!!! ".
The same scenario happened with HDFC credit card.
When HDFC is in need, they frightened customers saying "CIBIL & LEGAL ISSUES", once they got what they need they treat customers like...
