I am surprised to know from the Credit Card Statement for the period 21.02.2011 to 20.03.2011 that you have charged me Rs.2, 000.00 as primary Card Membership Fee. In the year 2008 when the card was accepted by me, your representative told me that it is absolutely free card. And nothing had been charged during the last three years. I shall be glad if you please deactivate the card immediately as I do not agree to accept it and send me a fresh statement with zero balance immediately.
