I am recruitment consultant for I Can BPO, and as per the terms & conditions with I Can BPO, I am recruiting candidates for the company with 45 days replacement clause. Now after candidate has completed 48 days from the date of joining, the company is not paying my consultancy charges.
Because of which, I am continuously following the company & candidates to join, I have done the expenses of near about Rs. 10, 000/-, I want full compensation of that.
