Dear ICICI;

I am writing this to nofify about a mistake i have done.

I was suppose to transfer Rs. 5, 160.00 to my icici credit card account 4477-XXXX-XXXX-9010 HPCL GOLD VISA CARD, instead i made the payment to my 9401-XXXX-XXXX-3009 PLCC OTL CARD, in hurry.

I would like to know is there any way you can move that transaction to 4477-XXXX-XXXX-9010 HPCL GOLD VISA CARD, so that my minimum amount will be paid.

It was happened accidently i was supposed to pay Rs. 5, 160.00 to my icici credit card account 4477-XXXX-XXXX-9010 HPCL GOLD VISA CARD, as it's minum amount due. instead i accidently transfered to my plocc account.

I have no more way to manage that money to pay the minimum balance right now. Since you know from my records that i never missed paying my minimum balance.

So in consideration to that, could you please do a favour tranfering the amount to my 4477-XXXX-XXXX-9010 HPCL GOLD VISA CARD/

I got a call from ICICI accounts management and assured me that they will be crediting back the amount and i will be making the payment of the due amount to my personal loan account.

Follow up email is as follows.

Dear Mr. Mohan,

On the basis of our telephonic conversation on February 07 we confirm you that your query regarding payment has been attended.

I have taken request SR132035673 to transfer the amount of Rs 5160.00 from loan account 9401 xxxx xxxx 3009 to credit card account 4477 xxxx xxxx 9002. We will revert with in February 10 .

We look forward to more opportunities to be of service to you.

When i made to call to customer care since i didnt see the amount credited back to my account. The girl on customer care department rashly spoke to me. and said me that they adjusted the amount to personal loan account.

They should have the responsiblity to ask/confirm me atleast. instead they simply adjusted the amount in to personal loan amount.

if this was not possible the account manager should have told me in the beginnning itself. why he opened a service request for that.

Why all this drama ICICI? i dont understand. i always made payment on correct times. never made any delays. is this the way to behave with a sincere customer?

I got to know that you make false promises and make fool of customer. You don't care about customer relationships those stuffs.

All you care is how to utilize a customer. how to suck each and every penny from him.

once i cleared my personal loan. i am cancelling all relationship with ICICI.

really bad behaviour. irresponsible ideots..
