DEBIT OF Rs. 150 ANW & 15 TAX FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

Respected sir.

I am maintaining saving account in ICICI bank since 2006. Recently bank has deducted Rs150 as ANW charges & Rs 15 S-tax from my account without my knowledge. So far Rs.495 have been deducted like this. I am very much disappointed by this. Kindly get my money back. If this is way bank will perform then soon there loyal customer will start change there bank.
