Exploitation of candidates in name of giving jo

Dear sir/madam,

My name is arkya sen.i was selected in the icici probationary officers program in the november batch 2010.According to the terms and conditions we needed to undergo a 9 months training in ICICI Manipal academy (IMA), Bangalore and for that, icici bank will provide us a loan of 2.75 lacs at a subsidized rate. The bank will recover the loan as EMI from the po once they are posted in the branch after 1year.

I joined IMA on 6 th nov and also submitted the loan form and the gurantor form on rs 280 stamp paper notarized from the court as per requirements of the bank. However, after one month of training, the icici representative in IMA declared via video conference that the bank is coming with a new circular and according to it, we will have to submit our original certificates (graduation and 12 th) as collateral for the loan. I went to him to clear the doubts and he told me that it is compulsory to submit our original documents and those who will not submit will be thrown out of the academy (Although there was nothing mentioned in the loan agreement, offer letter or the advertisement of ICICI bank in this regard). I submitted my resignation letter on 29 th december and for that i was forced to pay Rs 91, 917 i.e the first installment of the loan. This was done inspite of the fact that before joining we deposited Rs 5000 as admission security deposit which is refundable after 3 months of completion of training i.e first trimester. Even i have not yet received the refundable amount of my rail ticket and shoes (we were forced to buy them) which i submitted immediately after reaching academy. Necessary details are as follows
