This is inform you that, we took a car loan of Rs.3, 00, 000.00 from ICICI bank vide car loan account no.
LACAL00012573744 for 36 months including 1 one Advance EMI.The EMI was Rs.9, 650.00.In this regard
we received a repayment schedule from ICICI bank where showed the balance principal amount (less)
advance EMI Rs.9, 650.00 = Rs.2, 90, 350.00
Please note that in 1st EMI of Rs.9, 650.00 (Principal amount Rs.7, 366.00 and Interest amount Rs.2, 284.00) the balance amount of Rs.2, 87, 484.00 are showing instead of Rs.2, 82, 984.00 from the above principal amount.
In this regarg we complain to thier customer care service vide e mails and received a reply from bank that the difference amount of Rs.4, 500.00 has been charged agst CFOC (Credit Facility originating charges) as a management policy.
Please also note that the above CFOC cahrges never informed us at the time of taking the loan, and in fact the above charges not mentioned in thier repayment schedule.and this kind of hidden charges levied is a gross violation of customer faith, which imposed by a reputed bank like ICICI bank
So, please look into the matter.
