I have taken loan for purchase of scorpio vehicle from icici Ranchi branch. IN FEB.2011 I HAVE PAID FULL LOAN AMOUNT THROUGH POST DATED CHEQUES AS ESTIPULLATED BY BANK.AFTER FULL PAYMENT we have recieved call from their calcutta officethatRs.1415/-is due for payment.ondated 26/09, I have paid which transaction no. M3132023.at icici gumla branch.
My loan a/c was IAGUA00005984509.as their commitment was to issue loan clearance certificate within 25 days after payment of overdue amt rs.1415/-but sir i have not recieved clearance certificate till now even after laps of 2&half months.pl.communicate icici & arrange for issuing certificate.
