Dear,

I was using credit card of ICICI Bank, and made payment of the card in the month of may, but it didnt reflect in the system of the bank. I send the scanned copy of the amount deducted from my bank, then also i didnt got any kind of response from the bank repeatedly i complained but the result was same, i stopped doing payment and my card was blocked by the bank. My uses was 9000 only which increased to 17000.

I had done the settlement of my card after not getting any kind of response from the bank in 9500. After doing the settlement an extra amount of 16591 was debited from my ICICI bank account.

When I asked the customer care executive regarding this, he confirmed me that the amount of 16591 will be credited in my account within a week, but it is almost 12 days gone nothing has been credited in my account. When i try to know what actions are being taken for the credit of said amount they used to talk round and round kind of things, put me on hold, disconnect the phone line.

I am feeling very depressed and embarrassed with this kind of behavior of bank. Kindly help me out of this situation and provide me solution on urgent basis.
