I am not satisfied with the reply dt.12/10 by your customer care centre.

This is in reference to my request no.190894099 and 191631305 and the reply through e-mail, by your customer care centre.

Clear proof of the Bank Statement has been already sent twice through FAX.

Bank Logo will not appear in the statement, insisting of such unpracticable direction is unjustfied.

So once again I strongly insist you to refund of the amount through D.D. at the earliest.
