I have already sent to you all my required P.F documents on[29/12-FIRST FLIGHT QURRIER]&[5/04-ON PROFESSIONAL QURRIER}.First i send my documents to- JAYWANT SOYANE, ICICI BANK LTD, MUMBAI THROUGH FIRST FLIGHT QURRIER-BUT I TILL NOW NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THAT SIDE.For his reference i attach my full and final settlement of I-PROCESS along with my P.F FORM AND OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTS.Then i consuly my i.c.c.i boss for clarrify the status of my P.F fund. From his advice i secondly send my cancelled S.B account cheque and other relevant documents to thePF SECTION PAY ROLL TEAM through PROFESSIONAL qurrier. I not yet any respnse from bank side.
