Unsupported customercare service

Hi i am pankaj (9729899101).i have acyivated airtelgprs night pack from 30/07 to 05/08. but i was not provided this service at 02/08.the customer care is not taking my calls from 28/07 as i made a complaint about unauthrized deduction of Rs.15 from my balance. As a result They barred my calls to customercare not to give any responce .please take some actions and solve my problem
