Dear Sir,
Please note that transaction of Rs.20900.00 was declined on 23.10.2010 on my credit card no.5239511094374004 and I received SMS from ICICI Credit card bank regarding SHORT OF BALANCE for above transaction of Rs.20900.00. Hence I made payment by cash to M/s. HEMSONS JWELLERS and collected my article from them. Subsequently I received e-mail from bank regarding monthly payment on 11.11. where Bank has shown transaction of Rs.20900.00 on 23.10.2010 and demanded payment from me. Due date for this payment is 28.11.2010.
Now this is ridiculous to charge me Rs.20900.00 when transaction is declined by your bank on 23.10.2010 & I already paid amount to M/s. HEMSONS JWELLER by cash.
Pl look in to this matter and take corrective action against ICICI Credit card dept.
