Dear Team,

I am the ex employee of ICICI Bank and have left the service from the bank in the month of September. My Employee no is 133232 and name is Chandresh Kumar, Date of Joining was 24-08.2005 and date of relieving was 10.09.2009. I have applied for the PF Transfer to my sb a/c no 000401611701 on 19.10. which was also my salary a/c, for this i have sent the physical request to the concerned team on 19.10.2010 to the concerned team on 19.10.2010.

The address on which the request was sent is as given below:

ICICI Bank Ltd, Provident Fund section, New Heaven Enterprise, 3rd Floor, 49/h, parsi panchayat Road, Near Sona Udyog Bhavan, Andheri East, Mumbai 400069.

I want to know the status of the request as it has allready crossed two months.

Kindly provide the status of the request as am in urgent need of funds.
