PAY OUT REVERSAL

I took a policy on 2008.It was foreclosed by ICICI.He sent me A/c payable cheque but i have not received. I went to ICICI PRUDENTAIL OFFICE, as per consultant, I deposit due amount (Rs 25, 000). Mrs A.Dimple

(ICICI customer service manager) said me same thing again again. As per discussion Mr. T.mira, Mr narayan, Mr. Ashish And many people asked me A/c

detail, A/c statement, A/c declaration. I sent scanned copy of all document. but she does nothing. Plz help me policy payout reversal.
