Any service dont active then diduct balance from my Balance

Dear All,

Please find below my complaint

My No: 91-9987904848 is prepaid, will recharge avery month INR 60 .00 for House Use, but every time unless deduct mony from my balance, approx 7 time we do the complain, but dint give any respoince from airtel person

also note: my Totak Loss INR 420.00

kindly do the needfu otherwise i m going to grahak takrar munch n tell all details your company.
