Respected Sir,

I have brought the icici prudential life insurance policy on my mother's name in january and mr. prashant jadhav who is working in head office pune told me that i will recieve the document in 3-4 days at that time. But i recieved the docket in the month of february. when i read the docket i obsereved that all the information about my mother, address and nominee was incorrect. after that i continuously tried to icici prudential but they still not responding to my objection. please do me a fever.
