I have an IDEA prepaid number from Rudrpur. I keep getting SMS messages saying I have subscribed for something or the other THAT I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED MYSELF (example: "Monsoon Bonanza Challenge"). Subsequently, money gets deducted every day for "value added services" THAT I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED MYSELF and am not even aware of. Every time I call to make a complaint about this, my complaint is not registered saying it is an "invalid complaint" and that their "records" show that the VAS was activated by me. They keep misdirecting me to different "customer care" numbers, which either automatically get disconnected after an invalid message or are meant for totally unrelated services. The "customer care" agents also repeatedly refuse to give me information about where I could submit a written complaint about this saying "that information is unavailable". All they do is "deactivate" the service, only to send me another sms soon enough... and the whole fraud cycle starts all over again!
