Hi, My name is Gaurav Bajaj. My Mother i.e Mrs Indu Bajaj purchased 100 shares of IFCI in the year 1994 & lodged for transfer on 14-07-1994.The shares were not received by my Mother & undelievered shares were returned by the postal authority to the company. A letter was written regarding shares on 22-03-1995 & a reminder was also given by us on 29-07-1996. Correspondence re-started on 04-03. The company responded the letter on 15-03 in which they demanded some formalities that was taken care of. In the letter dated 07-06 they informed my Mother that some person has lodged the shares for transfer in his name in February. When my Mother was corresponding with the company since March why they have not told my Mother about this earlier?
On 29-06 my Father personally visited the company and gave a letter instructing them not to tranfer the shares because his spouse was the owner of the shares. Below are the details related to the shares :
