Car No. RJ-14 CE 1812

Dear Sir,

1. I possessed Maruti Wagon R Model 2007. My car met with an accident on 25.06.2010 at 8 pm near NBC before the Sabzi Mandi Tiraha, Jaipur.

2. Car got damaged as under:

a. Left side gate damaged.

b. Back side (left) Light and bumper broken.

c. Front side (Left) Light and bumper broken.

3. I informed at you Toll free no. on Saturday. They guided me that take the estimate of car from repairing centre and than they will register the claim..

4. On Sunday I took an estimate from the “Krishna Motors” and informed your representative and he gave me claim no. 1-BYXCAF and name of surveyor was given

Mr. Ravindra Kumar (Mobile No. 97721-40228)

5. I contacted Mr. Ravindra Kumar Sharma, He told me to leave the car at Gunni Motors, M.I. Road, Jaipur for survey. I left the car on Monday and filled the claim form.

6. On Tuesday, I received a call from Mr. Gulshan Dogra (92890-39491). He came to survey my car I told him I received the SMS for Mr. Ravindra Kumar Sharma. He told I will survey and I will let you know how much I will pass.

7. After one hour I received SMS for deputing to Mr. Dogra as surveyor and got new claim no.

1-B96ZCX. When I did not received any response From Dogra regarding his survey report. After 3 hours of his survey I contacted Mr. Dogra about claim status on mobile. He asked about the accident and damage.

8. Mr. Dogra told I have passed only door claim your back side claim is old, you have tried to combined old and new accident. Front claim shall also not be passed you are telling lie.

I was surprised to hear from him he was making allegation on us and proving to us accused

And misbehaving, why?

I told him that no breakage is old, He was very much negative not ready to hear any thing.

9. I got insurance before 8-9 months, As and when I will get damage I have right to claim, why shall I wait for new accident, But he was not ready to hear. He was rigid.

10. I request you to kindly pass my full claim and we are very sorry to say that we have very bad experience with your company.

11. When your representative come for insurance they give full assurance of fast and good service and full claim settlement in shortest time.

When we have come first time for claim, you don’t want to pay full claim and for cutting the claim amount your representative is making false allegations and misbehaving.

12. My car have been lying at Gunni Motor garage since Monday, I am finding difficulty of conveyance.

I again request you to kindly settle my claim full claim at the earliest.

Hope you will take decision with maturity and think for future business.

13. On 29 th june Icontacted at tollfree no.and lodged my above complaint, than they gave me

But neither replied back nor taken any action.

14.I SENT EMAILS TO THEIR OFFICES BUT NO REPLY RECEIVED.
