Not received PAN card

Respected Sir,

I applied for my PAN card on 30th JULY. I got my pan number but didnt receive my PAN card. My PAN number is AGCPL8262D. PAN Acknowledgement number is 060070100362145. My PAN card is delivered through BLUE DART COURIERS with the courier number 44075846636. But Courier office do not have branch in my locality. So they returned it back to Income Tax office in Pune.

When I contacted they said they will deliver through Speed post. In status checking website Its specified it got dispatched in 31st August. I didnt receive my PAN card yet. No responsible answers are available in NSDL office. Please kindly deliver my PAN card in either of the following Addresses. Am suffering from many problems for the past one month because of unavailability of PAN card.
