Ind Euro Pharma Limited issued 500 shares to me sometime during 1995-96. Despite promises, they never kept the share holders informed about the progress achieved. We were in New Delhi at that time and a couple of time my husband cotacted Shri KSN Murthy, Chairman of this company.
This type of private placement and subsequently not making tangible progress and not listing with the Stock Market tantamounts to cheating of the public.
I am surprised there are no authorities in Karnataka to check such mal practices and take action against such errand persons to restore public confidence.
