I am a business man with a small business of post production in Indore. I applied for a loan from India bulls and they saw my case and agreed to loan me. After a month of submissions of papers they sanctioned my loan with a condition to give a personal guarantor for my case. On asking them they said your case comes under cautioned category. I said I cannot provide such guarantor and so they said ok will try to figure out something. It took two months they did nothing to resolve the case instead they keep suggesting that I should provide a guarantor. When I asked finally whats going on they said we cannot do this case without PG (personal guarantor). I said ok if you cannot do it I cannot provide you a PG so please drop this case and refund my money of Rs.5, 515/- which you took from me to initiate the case. They said we cannot do this cause its non-refundable. I said nobody intimated us regarding this, they said its our policy that the amount you have given is not refund back. No when I am calling them no one is picking up my calls and giving proper response.
