Online transfer not yet credited - NEFT Axis bank

I had made an online transfer for a sum of Rs. 2, 20, 000/- from my account maintained with SBI to the account maintained in AXIS Bank T.Nagar branch on 02/08. While making the online transfer I had mentioned payee’s name incorrectly. The amount has not yet been transferred to the account or been reverted back to my account due to name mismatch. No action has been taken by SBI or AXIS so far. When questioned no proper answer is given. I had emailed almost everyone in axis bank. It is very frustrating when online payment goes missing.
