Airtel extractsame bill twice

Airtel just knows how to extract money&service is poor

I have 3 connections of Airtel one landline (42016013) and two mobiles.

Myself and my husband were made to pay the same bill therby extracting twice the ampount of payment by airtel chennai. Without any notice my phone was disconnected and one guy called me saying ur phone connection will be restored if u pay instantly. One guy turned up and I paid him 1004 cash. I told my husband regarding this and he said he also had already paid airtel thru on-line payment. I called up airtel about duplicate payment and said I want a refund. The lady on the other end was uncouteous and just making me believe its my mistake to pay whereas they only have some links with some collection agency which just extracts money from people. That airtel person didn't even have courtesy to tell me that they will take care and somehow adjust the extra sum against next bill.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAS HAPPENED. Last year also there was duplicate payment and it was not adjusted.

Airtel should employ people who are able to listen and solve the problems rather than just showing customers they are invaluable
