andheri (e), mumbai - 400 093
I have submitted my form on 2nd dec they told your claim settlement will be done within 45 days but he has rejected my claim because of canceled cheque not submitted that time after this I went to my company head office after that my company told to fill the new form and I filled the new form and submitted on 10th jun again on dated 22.06.2011 I went to check the status but no result found I.E I have submitted my pf claim application & till now it is in process.
