P.F amount not received
Dear Mam/Sir
Sub- My Legal and payable dues which are not yet to pay (RO3153)
Sir,
As you well aware that I am X employee of your reputed organization as working as marketing officer (E1) in Pune Maharashtra.
During my full and final settlement I have not received,
1) Full payment of May & June not received till date.(Which Branch transfer not information)
2) My balance on live payment.
3) My Bonus for year 08.
4) My PF dues which I have submitted Form No 19 & 10C for PF amount.
I have contacted many time to Pune branch for phone but I have not received positive reply for my outstanding dues.
May I request you to settle my payble of my dues as early as possible.
Sir,
Give me detail of my two month payment which account and which Indusind Bank transfer.
