Sir / Madam

I would wish to introduce myself as V.Vijayabasker having an Axis Bank Account at Mylapore Branch - Chennai (Account Number 006010100819473) and an Internet banking facility which been active since last week.

When I tried to login on 05/07 using my User ID and Password, I got a message "Invalid User Name or Password". Fearing that I could have forgotten my password, I tried to "Recover" my password by entering my iConnect Login ID, but got a message "Your User ID is disabled". Can I know what is the reason behind this?

If been disabled for some or other reason, kindly enable the same.
