i have booked a parcel at barrabazar (Kolkata) branch on 2-Nov, C.no:7741046 & parcel not reached after the 15 days yet, customer care says that the parcel has been lost & the branch manager not giving satisfaction answer.so i request you to please delivered the parcel or give the compensation early, the value of parcel (kurta pajama) is Rs.500.
