Visheswar Singh took all the documents of my property
184/100 Shalimar garden sahibabad.along with my pers
onal documents and cheque of processing fee. I was provided
a file number 60572217.after that I contacted Mr. Kartik who told
Me that my loan has been sanctioned. After his assurance I
paid the down payment of Rs six lacs to the seller and promised
to pay the remaining amount soon as I was told by kartik that
the loan has been approved. After that when I asked for the cheque
I was told by kartik that some compounding plan is also required
Otherwise loan will not be given. My property was constructed in1998
And per the the seller there is no such document available.now I spoke
To Mr abhijit who is in the technical team and. Provide him the sanction
Plan of the property from gaziabad development authority but he is not
Even in a mood to talk.
Please help me so that my down payment may not get forfeited
