CLAIM OF POLICY BY NOMINEE

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the claim of Life Insurance Corporation policy (Policy Name - Jeevan Nidhi, Policy Number - 383173444), which is in the name of Sri JAGDISH SINGH. He got expired on 20/10, in a road accident. The nominee, SMT KUSUM LATA SINGH has applied for the claim of the policy six months back. We are still not able to track the status of the policy clearance and the dispatch of the check.

Please look into this matter and let us know the status ASAP.
