Dear sir/ mam
I am Kamal Mordani. I am having D Mat account with JRG securities from last 2 years my code is MDNT 3171. In last two years I was not regular trader of shares. I purchased 30 POWERGRID shares and 30 RPL shares.
Because of lack of knowledge and down market condition. I did not sell my shares. But every six months I was visiting JRG Nagpur branch to check my account. Few months back when I visited JRG branch I mate with Pravin Etankar in the branch. He was my friend’s friend. He told me that I should start trading and he will support me in trading and provide me tips. But I didn’t pay heed.
Once he came to meet me in my office and I discussed with him to change my bank as I was not doing transaction from my HDFC bank account. He filled the form to change the bank and asked me to give 10000/- cheque. He said after the change in banking he will put in the bank for clearance.
Once he called me and told me to sell POWERGRID as it was not giving desired result I told him to sell it. But after that he didn’t call for any trading. When I visited branch on 13th April. I came to know that my account is in debit and after the sale of POWERGRID shares he did few transaction without my consent. And I was totally in dark. I came to know that he resigned from his job in Feb.
I was so surprised to see that Mr. Vikrant who is a office boy handling the customers and operating the customers. I wanted to meet the branch manager but he said he is not in the office and he will come after 1 hour. I waited 1 hour but his manager didn’t come so I told Vikrant to give his mobile no. but he didn’t give. He told me that he will discuss with him and manager will call me till evening. I tried to talk with Pravin Etankar many time but he didn’t pick up my call. Mr. Vikrant assured me that I will get a call from his manager till evening and he will discuss with Pravin as well as Pravin always pick up his call.
It the evening I called Pravin from my other no. even though he did not pick up phone. But as he was not having my another no. he called me after few hours.and he said that he had a call from Vikrant & he will go to branch next day I will call me after seeing my transaction. But he confessed that he did trading without my consent and he is having my Rs.10000/- cheque with him which he should have given either in branch or to me.
In last two days on 14th and 15th I didn’t get any response from Pravin, Vikrant and their was no call from manager as well. So I decided to call in branch and asked Vikrant about my case he said that within 5 minutes he will call me from landline no. which will be having recorder and he will be recording my problem. He called me from landline no
0712-6638021 and asked me to tell him my problem again and I did the same but I was not sure whether he is recording or not. After 8 minute I got a call from Pravin and he said that he was busy for last 2 days so he didn’t go to branch and today he will clear all the thing.
In the afternoon at 3:07P.M I got a call from 0712-6638019 which is JRG office no. It was Pravin’s call and he told me that he purchased 50 suzlon shares and 25 he sold. He said some interest is charged to me. When I asked him to compensate he said he is not on job and he will pay me after 2-3 months. While talking to him I realize that somebody from JRG office was guiding him what to say? He said I can’t take any action against him and If I file case against JRG I would not get any justice and he threatened me and told me to remain with tied lips.
Now I am in confusion what to do? I am expecting from JRG securities Ltd. To take some stern action otherwise such incident may vilify the image of JRG SECURITIES
LTD.
